A key aspect of developing a good outcome is to gather an extensive investor profile at the outset. Additionally, the investor’s tax profile is a crucial consideration, as it can significantly impact the purpose and overall success of the portfolio.

Strategy

Kenneth’s securities experience began at Morgan Stanley in New York City and later at Merrill Lynch, Scottsdale. Kenneth holds his Securities, Series 7 Registered Rep, Series 63 Securities Agent, Series 65 Investment Advisor, and Arizona Life Insurance licenses.

Kenneth also owns Peak Realty Advisors, an Arizona real estate brokerage. As a Designated Broker, Kenneth’s in-depth knowledge focuses on Real Estate Practice Economics, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing.
