Beginning Interview

The SREI Group team of specialists is ready to get started on your investment analysis. With our multi-faceted experience in various aspects of the investment industry, we know what it takes to get the job done and done right. Be prepared with specifics of the property you are exiting (gain amount, debt, location) or simply your new investment amount. We will need to know the owner(s), and their advisor’s contact information. It will be critical for us to know of any time constraints as tax-mitigating programs often are accompanied by a strict schedule.

Process & Strategy

Through the interview, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensed team at SREI Group starts by understanding your situation and goals. Then work side by side with you, your advisors, and our vast network of product Sponsors to craft a custom solution to solve your problems, minimize potential risks, and highlight investment options with which to select. We can, and often do, use video conferencing with clients and our Sponsors for in-depth queries.

Selection and Execution

The size of many of our Sponsor’s project offerings can be considerable, yet it can be challenging for investors to find available investable allocation in what is wanted and when it’s wanted. The goal is to match the investor with the best thought-out solution. However, staying mindful, the most highly sought-after offerings become fully subscribed quickly. Based on the offering and the stage of subscriptions, a courtesy hold can sometimes be requested, such as during an exchange escrow period, but it is not guaranteed.
